Constitutional Fitness of Obama

It has been said that all that evil needs to triumph is for good men to do nothing.

We stand at a Constitutional crossroads in our Nation as never before. The day has come where a select few of our nation’s judges have decided that average citizens, evidently in their eyes at least, have no standing in their courts to bring forth issues of national and Constitutional importance. These select judges, by ruling that the average citizen of this nation has no standing to bring such matters to their court of law, have refused to call into question the judgment of some that have allowed a man to not only run for the highest office of our land without solid evidence that he is in any way Constitutionally qualified to run for the office, let alone to now be accepted as the President elect. These select judges have turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to the ever growing voice of sanity that calls for nothing more or less than that the facts surrounding this issue be made public and that a fair and just hearing of the matter be forthcoming and completed in the light of day. The actions of these judges have done nothing other than to stonewall the fair examination of the documentation necessary to establish truth, and have acted in concert with the secrecy and misinformation the President Elect and the DNC has engaged in from the start concerning his Constitutional fitness to hold the office he is about to accept.

One might ask about the right to privacy in the matter of withholding ones birth certificate. What right does one have of privacy in this matter when this is a Constitutional matter as to ones fitness for the highest elected office in our Nation? If privacy was an issue, why would Barack Hussein Obama publish a document, said to be a clear forgery by many sources, on the internet of all places to be viewed by all? Has he not by his own actions waived all rights to privacy in the matter (if privacy should even be an issue in such a Constitutional matter) by publishing this alleged forged birth certificate document on the internet?

If I, as a citizen of this Nation, am required by law to produce an original birth certificate to receive a mere drivers license, (mine having expired for a day) with NOTHING else being accepted as proof of my citizenship, including my original certificate of live birth, my original social security card, other photo id’s requiring complete background checks by the FBI, and even though I held in my hand an expired DL issued by this state and held for over 30 years, and in spite of holding a valid drivers license in another state for over six years, why would one think it strange to require the President elect to furnish the public a copy of his original birth certificate to validate at least in some measure his Constitutional fitness to hold that office? Is it unreasonable for the President elect to be required to furnish a copy of his original birth certificate to be examined fairly by the public for which he is about to take an oath to serve in the their best interests? Are not the requirements of the Constitution in our best interests, and does not, or should not, every citizen have the right to challenge anyone running or elected to office as to the Constitutional fitness of their candidacy when it directly affects the upholding of the Constitution that grants to them the rights they possess and hold dear? What about our men and women in uniform that have taken an oath to protest the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic? Would it be unreasonable for them to desire to see the evidence that their future Commander in Chief is constitutionally qualified to hold his office as their leader?

What right do a few selected individuals in Hawaii have to make it their sole responsibility and privilege to view the purported original documents in such a national matter? What qualifications do the individuals that claim to have viewed it possess to attest to its authenticity before a court of law or the court of public opinion? Even if they had the most able ability to examine it in all fairness, who or what grants or allows them this sole right while denying all others, especially in light of many more individuals far more qualified to examine these documents than this select group of Hawaiians, and in light of the entire nations desire to know the facts, their best interests, i.e., the upholding of the Constitution, being at stake? What a complete mockery of sanity, justice, and equity, secrecy and misinformation imbibe.

I am incensed at what I have encountered as our Congressional delegations handling of this matter. Some have made it their official position to attest to the fitness of the President elect ‘antecedent’ to the very documents being examined fairly that would establish their position. They are guilty of begging the truth of the matter. When they should be pressing for open honesty in the matter, they blindly beat their canes on the pulpit calling for unity. Unity amidst secrecy? Unity at the cost of forsaking or ignoring the very Constitutional underpinnings that have guided this great Nation since its inception? Speaking of the blinded trying to lead the blind.

While the rights of average Americans are being disregarded in some of our courts and the only ones that the courts evidently recognize to have standing in the matter (members of Congress evidently) operate willingly oblivious to reason and without the facts, operating with a ‘see nothing/want to know nothing/do nothing’ attitude.


How can the military of this great Nation fulfill it’s fiduciary duties, calling for the protection of the Constitution from ALL enemies, foreign or domestic, when it is their very leadership that refuses to settle the Constitutional issues at stake in the light of day, risking placing into office an individual that well may be at direct antipodes with the Constitution of the United States of America and its requirements for office, involving, but not limited to, being the Commander in Chief of the military itself? How can our Congressional delegations or courts, at least so far, be seen as nothing less than enemies of the Constitution to which they are supposed to be upholding? If they are not enemies of our Constitution, why all the secrecy and the avoidance to ascertain the facts that are clearly in the publics best interest?

Who could not expect the men and women in uniform to be completely confused as to their sworn fiduciary duties when it appears that the leaders in Washington are simply ignoring the Constitution or making judgments before they have made an honest attempt to ascertain the answers to the perplexing questions that swirl around the President elect’s Constitutional fitness in this matter? Can it get any more absurd?

If a shoe cobbler was to make a claim that he was the most qualified shoe cobbler in town, could one safely assume that to be true simply because he stated he was the best? Would not wisdom demand all the evidence properly be examined before supporting his claims? The American people deserve to have the questions of the Constitutional fitness of Barack Hussein Obama answered by the facts being set before the public in a fair hearing and examination of all the evidence before the Electoral College votes.

It is past time to awaken our sleeping Congressional delegation to its Constitutional obligations and responsibilities. They need to see to it that the Courts allow the citizenry a fair day in court, and call foul when they are not given standing in matters that directly affect them and our Nations best interest dealing with Constitutional matters.

We as citizens need to send an immediate clarion call to every one of our elected officials that we must have an open examination of all the documents surrounding the Constitutional fitness of the President elect, again, before the Electors of the Electoral College are allowed to cast the first vote.

We need to demand that the President elect be required to produce, in the light of day by fair and just examination, the original typewritten birth certificate said to be held in court ordered secrecy in Hawaii.

Some have equated such questioning of Obama’s fitness to that of the continual badgering of President Bush by the Democrats while he is in office. Desiring to be different or to call us to a ‘higher standard’ they call for such questioning to simply cease. The problem with such reasoning is that there is no correlation between the lambasting of President Bush on every possible front most often without due cause, and the reasonable questioning of the Constitutional fitness of Obama to be President, or the reasonable demand to see his original birth certificate be made public. There is no reasonable correlation to be made. To suggest such is to raise a red herring that does not have the least shred of soundness to it.

Make no mistake, this is NOT a mere bashing of Obama as was the case with others concerning Bush. One is NOT acting in the same vein, as many Democrats and others did to President Bush, by raising this important Constitutional question and demanding the evidence be allowed to see the light of day. It is simply absurd to cast both in the same light.

May God and reason awaken us all as Americans loyal to the Constitution to this most crucial task of the day. Let nothing deter us from that task. May God see fit to bless America once again!

Constitutional Qualifications of the Presidency

With all the obscuring of evidence concerning whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is or is not a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution of the United States of America, I have to wonder as to what the truth of the matter really is. It is my understanding that only the Congress of the United States has the proper standing in the eyes of our Courts to examine a candidate or official elect as to whether or not they are qualified under the clear guidelines of the Constitution. Armed with that information I proceeded to call my Congress men and women to see what avenue they were taking or had plans to take to clear this important matter up in the eyes of both the public and in view of the Constitution. I am appalled by the responses I have received thus far.

I have witnessed an obvious talking point extremely similar in every office I have asked about this issue so far. I am told that either their offices cannot or are forbidden to investigate “political” or “campaign” issues. What a total and complete sham, to take the CONSTITUTIONAL question as to the Constitutionally mandated qualifications of being a natural born citizen and reduce that to a mere ‘political’ or ‘campaign’ issue.

It is obvious to me that there is a concerted effort circulating in the halls of Congress to hoodwink the public into believing that the only ones that could convene an honest and lawful inquiry into the Constitutional fitness of Barack Hussein Obama cannot carry out their fiduciary duties.

It would appear to me that our first duty as citizens should be to hold the feet of our elected representatives, the ONLY ones that evidently are rightfully commissioned and have standing in the Courts to carry out such a needed examination of the Constitutional fitness of Barack Hussein Obama, to the fire. We need to flood their offices and phone lines with a clear demand that they honor our Constitution by immediately starting a long overdue investigation as to the fitness of this Democratic candidate/elect to hold the highest office in our land, the office of the Presidency. We need to sound the trumpet in their ears that this is NOT a partisan issue, and this is NOT a matter of politics or political campaigns. This is a CONSTITUTIONAL issue that must settled with factual evidence made public to settle the matter once for all.

The last thing we should expect and hope for in an open and free society is secrecy in such a matter dealing with the highest office of the land, held by a vow upon the sacred Word of God to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. How can we the people have faith in the office of the Presidency, or in our system of government, a government that we are bound to commit our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor to uphold, in a shroud of secrecy and disregard to the fiduciary duties of Congress to attend to the upholding of the very Constitution that binds us together as a Nation?
